Caption Crush ("we", "us", or "our") is built on the principle of user privacy and transparency. This Privacy Policy details how data is handled within our AI-powered social media caption and hashtag generation application.

02. Zero Personal Account Data

Caption Crush operates as a client-side utility tool. We do not require accounts, phone numbers, or passwords. Your generated captions, favorites, and settings remain stored on your local device.

• No Name or Registration required.
• No Access to Personal Contacts or Photos.
• No Server-Side User Accounts or Logs.

03. AI Processing

All AI Caption Generation prompts are processed ephemerally over encrypted HTTPS connections using Google Generative AI (Gemini). Prompts are used strictly to generate requested text and are not retained or used for model training.

04. Advertising Identifiers & SDKs

To keep Caption Crush a free service, we display advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and partner ad networks (Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, ironSource, InMobi, Yandex Ads, Start.io). These networks may access standard Advertising IDs (GAID/IDFA) and approximate location solely for frequency capping, ad relevance, and fraud prevention.

05. User Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and California are presented with Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog. You can manage or revoke your consent preferences at any time within the app settings or by resetting your device Advertising ID.
