You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all captions, hashtag sets, and bio ideas generated using Caption Crush. We claim no ownership over your creative social media posts.

03. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the AI generator to produce hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or automated spam. Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass application security controls is strictly prohibited.

Caption Crush is provided on an "as-is" basis for content inspiration. While we aim for high quality and relevance, we do not guarantee specific viral engagement levels or third-party social media account performance.
